With the continuous delivery strategy of z/VM, there are always new things happening. This session will discuss the newest release, z/VM 7.2, and other enhancement that have gone out as service for z/VM. We’ll survey the release and the enhancements as we go through five business value areas: Total Cost of Ownership, Managing Diverse Workloads, Security, RAS, and Systems Management. Bill welcomes discussion.

Bill Bitner – z/VM Client Focus and Care
Bill Bitner leads the z/VM Client Focus and Care program in the z/VM Development Lab. Bill splits his duties between design of future product enhancements, educating others about z/VM, and working client situations, both pre- and post-sales. He has been involved in over 30 releases of the VM product; spoken at over 200 events; worked with 100s of customers; and considers the z/VM Community to be a second family.
